Licensing
The Windows version of Locate III is licensed as shareware. The downloaded version is the complete version. If, after testing it, you are satisfied with it, it should be purchased.
The Palm version is commercial software. The downloaded version is a demonstration that is limited in the number of bearings you can save. The purchased version is licensed for one handheld Palm PDA.

What you get:
· a complete version of Windows Locate III
· a demonstration version of Palm Locate III (limited only in the numbers of bearings you can save)
· an emulated version of Palm Locate that runs on Windows (so that you can evaluate the Palm version without having to purchase a Palm PDA)
· complete help files, including a tutorial
· example bearings, stations, animal names, and maps, for the tutorial

· cost for Windows Locate III is $89.00 US
· cost for Palm Locate III is $350.00 US
· order by check, purchase order or online with a credit card, debit card or PayPal
· for Palm Locate, when you order then include the UserName of your Palm PDA - this is needed to generate the license code. If you don't have one yet, then email it when you do, and we will send you the appropriate license code.
What you get with your purchase
· for Windows, the right to use the downloadable copy of Windows Locate III (you will receive a license certificate), as well as technical support.
· for Palm, a license code that unlocks your demonstration version of Palm Locate III, to turn it into the full version, as well as technical support.

After clicking the button, you will go to the PayPal website. If you do not have a PayPal account, then clicking the Continue button will allow you to pay using a credit card.
When you order you will be asked for your Palm PDA username. If you do not currently have it, then email it to us when you do. An email will be sent to you confirming your order and including your PDA license code.
2. Order by purchase order, by doing one of following:

enclose with order:
· your name
· email address
· shipping address
· billing address (if different from above)
· purchase order number (if not ordering with a check)
· Hotsync name of your Palm PDA (for Palm Locate; if you don't have this yet, then email it when you do)
